Chelsea announce another signing They have announced the signing of Cole Palmer from Manchester City in a deal worth £40m, with £2.5m in add-ons. The attacking midfielder can play in several positions and has signed a seven-year contract with Chelsea.  Palmer made over 40 appearances for the Premier League champions across all competitions after coming through their youth set-up.
