Lincoln City are first EFL side to achieve promotion

Wrexham finish another memorable season with a win

Phil Parkinson’s side finish on 92 points, a tally that also brought Lincoln’s long unbeaten home run, stretching back to February, to a close. Michael Skubala’s team end the season in 11th place, 15 points clear of the relegation zone and 17 adrift of the play-offs.
