Transfer Rumours: Declan Rice on the move?
Will Declan Rice be on the move this summer?
It is expected that West Ham United will demand £100 million for midfielder Declan Rice this summer as they attempt to fight off interest from several Premier League rivals.
The East London club would prefer to keep Rice, but there is an acknowledgement his situation is reaching a critical. He effectively has two years remaining on his contract at the London Stadium.

Chelsea, Manchester City, Manchester United, Newcastle United and Liverpool are monitoring developments. It will be interesting to see which of those clubs make an offer for the England midfielder in the summer.
One of the current favourites to sign Rice are Chelsea. They've had a long-held interest in the player, but this will depend on the identity of their new manager and how quickly they can trim down their huge squad.
Lauren, a Chelsea fan, told us: "Rice would be a fantastic signing for us and a great sign that our squad-building process is going in a decent direction again."
Newcastle will also seek to invest more aggressively in their squad should they qualify for the Champions League. Peter, a Newcastle fan, added: "He is a fantastic midfielder on his day. However, I think there is better value for money elsewhere."
What about Manchester United? They need some additions. However, it is expected that manager Erik ten Hag has priorities elsewhere. They are already on the hunt for a new striker. This was a view supported by Liam, a Manchester United Season Ticket holder: "He's a very good player but not sure if we should spend over £80 million on him."
A closer look at Rice and his career.
A recent interview with BT Sport. You can see has a personality that would fit in well most of the Premier League's top sides.
He has played 238 times for West Ham, scoring 14 times. Rice has also played over 40 times for England and represented his country in the last two international competitions. Perhaps interestingly, he has been best friends with fellow England international Mason Mount since childhood. Could Mount persuade him to sign for Chelsea?
