Let's explore Fulham's 2023/2024 season.
This was their second consecutive season in the Premier League since returning to England's top flight.

They finished the season in 13th position. In addition, they reached the semi-finals of the EFL Cup but were knocked out in the 4th round of the FA Cup.
Some match reports from their season.
In August, they earned a hard-fought point against Arsenal at The Emirates. This was achieved thanks to Joao Palhinha. His first-time finish from a corner in the 87th minute earned the away side this draw. Jamie was in the away end and was impressed by elements of his side's performance on that day: "Unfortunately we didn't win, but I think most Fulham fans would say that this is a good result. It is often really difficult to play against Arsenal away from home. We displayed a lot of character after going 2-1 down."
One of their best performances of the campaign came against West Ham United in December. Fulham dominated the first half, with Willian adding a second from Andreas Pereira's cut-back and Tosin Adarabioyo out-jumping Kurt Zouma to head in the third from a corner. Despite Lukasz Fabianski denying substitute Harry Wilson, Fulham's outstanding performance continued, culminating in them sealing what turned out to be their 5-0 victory of that week.
The 1st January saw Fulham start the new year on a high. They beat Arsenal 2-1. The Gunners took the lead early on, with Bukayo Saka scoring within the first five minutes. However, Raul Jimenez, returning from suspension, equalised, and Bobby Decordova-Reid secured the victory for Fulham in the 60th minute.
Premier League: Summer 2024 news and stories
Their wider inconsistency over the season was summed up by their 1-0 defeat against Chelsea. Chelsea secured a narrow victory over them at Stamford Bridge in the Premier League, with Cole Palmer's first-half penalty proving to be vital.
In February, Alex Iwobi's injury-time effort gave Fulham only their second victory at Old Trafford since 1963. Manchester United weren't at their best during this match, but Fulham took advantage superbly. Frankie, a Fulham fan, told us: "That victory over Manchester United at Old Trafford was amazing. It's a pity that we couldn't replicate that performance more often."
On the final day of the season against Luton, a Harry Wilson masterclass steered Fulham to an away victory. This was a great way to end the campaign that promised a lot at times but left Fulham fans feeling that they could have achieved a lot more. In 2024/2025, everyone associated with the club will be hoping they challenge for a place in European competition.
