Another day and another lot of football gossip.

As always, there's a lot going on.

Premier League rumours

Many reports indicate that Anthony Martial wants to leave Manchester United but he does not want to go out on loan to another English club. Barcelona, Sevilla and Juventus are three options for a January move. What legacy will Martial leave at Manchester if he does leave?

Manchester United are reportedly targeting Aston Villa and Scotland midfielder John McGinn in the summer transfer window. They are also leading Juventus and Inter Milan in the race to sign Serbia midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic from Lazio, but the Serie A club will demand at least £66.8m.

Newcastle United have offered a fee of around £25.1m for Atalanta striker Duvan Zapata. Another player linked with a move to Newcastle is Eden Hazard. He wants to leave Real Madrid, but is not interested in joining Newcastle, who have had a £41.3m bid for the 31-year-old accepted by the Spanish club. 

Wolves winger Adama Traore could get the green light to leave the club in the next 24 hours, with the Spain international linked with moves to Tottenham and former club Barcelona. 

Rangers left-back Borna Barisic has confirmed a club made a move for him earlier in the transfer window. There are currently rumours linking the Croatian international with Watford and Aston Villa. 

Arsenal's negotiations with Juventus over a loan deal for midfielder Arthur Melo have stalled because the Serie A club have not yet found a replacement for the Brazilian. 

Chelsea could be given a free run at signing Monaco's French midfielder Aurelien Tchouameni with Manchester United turning their attention to RB Leipzig's midfielder Amadou Haidara and Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder Denis Zakaria. 

Diego Costa, currently a free agent, has been linked with a move to Arsenal. He is said to prefer a move to Brazilian club Corinthians.

Barcelona have given 24-year-old France winger Ousmane Dembele 48 hours to decide on the club's reduced contract offer, with his current deal set to expire at the end of the season. 

Paris St-Germain have offered Chelsea the chance to sign France defender Layvin Kurzawa, but Blues boss Thomas Tuchel is not keen on the 29-year-old despite losing England left-back Ben Chilwell to a serious knee injury. 

Manchester City's 23-year-old goalkeeper Arijanet Muric, who is on loan at Turkish club Adana Demirspor, is set to join Galatasaray at the end of the season.

FA Cup: United win on penalties

 Manchester United 3 - 3 Coventry City Manchester United won 4-2 on penalties  United somehow progressed to the FA Cup final for the second successive season, following a dramatic semi-final victory over Coventry City. The Reds edged past the Sky Blues on penalties after a crazy and eventful 120 minutes to set up a rematch of last year's final, against Manchester City. Following goals from Scott McTominay, Harry Maguire and Bruno Fernandes, United appeared to be in total and complete control. Despite having a few chances, it did look like this was one match too far for Coventry. However, goals Ellis Simms and O'Hare reduced the deficit and made things very nervy for Ten Hag's side. Then in stoppage time, Haji Wright kept his nerve in stoppage time to score from the spot and send the game into extra time. Premier League: Another strange performance from Manchester United

Manchester United 1 - 1 Burnley Zeki Amdouni scored a late penalty to grab what could he a priceless point for relegation-threatened Burnley in the Premier League at Old Trafford. Despite another unconvincing display from Manchester United, they did look well set for victory thanks to Antony's well-taken 79th-minute effort. Then Burnley got a penalty  Although the referee John Brooks managed to miss the foul in real time, unlike against Wolves the video assistant referee, Peter Bankes, stepped in. Substitute Amdouni managed to send the keeper the wrong way and earn Burnley this point  This result moved Burnley to within two points of fourth-bottom Nottingham Forest, whom they play at Turf Moor on the final day of the season.  There could still be a dramatic fight for survival with Burnley, Luton and Forest all scrambling to avoid relegation to the Championship.  You can watch the highlights of the match in the video below.
