Derby County 4 - 0 Portsmouth Derby County brought an emphatic end to their poor form as they cruised to victory against lowly Portsmouth in the Championship. Portsmouth 3 - 0 Bristol City Portsmouth climbed off the bottom of the Championship table with a convincing win over Bristol City at Fratton Park. Colby Bishop opened the scoring inside 20 minutes, reacting quickest to slot home a rebound after his initial shot was parried by Bristol City goalkeeper Max O'Leary. Josh Murphy doubled the advantage just after the hour mark, and Callum Lang added a third with a close-range header at the back post less than 10 minutes later. Stoke City 6 - 1 Portsmouth Tom Cannon bagged four goals as Stoke City stormed to a dominant win over Portsmouth, securing their first Championship victory under new head coach Narcis Pelach. Cannon opened the scoring for Stoke after 13 minutes with a superb curling free-kick from 25 yards—his first goal for the club. Portsmouth hit back in the 29th minute when Mark O'Mahony finished off a swift counter-attack, but Stoke quickly regained control. Chesterfield 3 - 0 Boreham Wood Chesterfield secured the National League title and promotion to the English Football League with a comfortable win over Boreham Wood. However, the hosts took the lead in the 28th minute when captain Grimes headed home Mandeville's corner from near the penalty spot. Less than a minute into the second half, Mandeville scored to make it 2-0 after receiving a cross from Armando Dobra.
