PL: Manchester United 3 - 2 Arsenal

Cristiano Ronaldo scored the 800th goal of his career as Manchester United came from behind to beat Arsenal in a thrilling match. New United interim boss Ralf Rangnick and former England captain David Beckham both enjoyed a thrilling encounter Emile Smith Rowe drove home from the edge of the area, while United keeper David de Gea was lying on the ground, seemingly injured, with his back to play. The inevitable VAR check said De Gea had fallen after bumping into and being trodden on by his own teammate Fred. The referee Martin Atkinson eventually gave the goal. Bruno Fernandes levelled finished off an intricate move involving Jadon Sancho and Fred a minute before the break, setting up a pulsating second half. Ronaldo then put United ahead as he swept home Marcus Rashford's cross. Martin Odegaard quickly made it 2-2 with a well-taken equaliser. Arsenal 4 - 2 Leicester City The Gunners snatched a thrilling victory over Leicester at the Emirates Stadium with two stoppage-time goals. There was a fantastic atmosphere before the match.  An own goal from Wilfred Ndidi in the 94th minute, followed by a close-range finish from Kai Havertz deep into injury time , crushed Leicester's hopes of an unlikely point after they had clawed back from two goals down in the second half. Gabriel Martinelli had put the Gunners ahead in the first half with a composed finish from Jurrien Timber’s cross, before setting up Leandro Trossard for a second goal right on the brink of half-time. Leicester barely threatened in the first half, managing only a single touch in Arsenal’s box before the break. However, they pulled one back just over a minute into the second half when James Justin’s header from Facundo Buonanotte’s free-kick deflected off Havertz and into the net. Manchester United 1 - 1 Chelsea Cristiano Ronaldo scored his 17th goal of the season to earn his side a point after David de Gea had frustrated Chelsea with some superb saves. Manchester United 3 - 0 Leicester City Manchester United defeated Leicester City 3-0 at Old Trafford to move within five points of the top of Premier League leaders Arsenal. Marcus Rashford scored with the Reds’ first shot of the match in the first half before he added to his tally with another strike following half-time. His countryman Jadon Sancho, who was introduced as a substitute, completed the scoring shortly after the hour mark. The win and performance have got Man United fans very excited. Can they win the title? United's Dalot had missed a great chance when it was only 1-0. Rashford on fire. Is he the best player in the world? UEL: Man United take commanding first-leg lead

 Manchester United 4 - 1 Real Betis Manchester United beat Real Betis 4-1 in the first leg of the Europa League Round-of-16 clash. Marcus Rashford opened the scoring for the Reds in the sixth minute, with a rifling strike that emphatically flew past Claudio Bravo. Despite an excellent start by United, our goal would be cancelled out just after the half-hour mark due to the on-loan Ayoze Perez firing across David De Gea into the bottom corner.  Erik's reds prove too strong Antony restored United's lead with a trademark effort that curled beyond a stranded Bravo, who could only watch as it hit the top corner. Minutes later, Bruno Fernandes got in on the act from Luke Shaw's corner. Premier League: Man United seal Champions League place

Manchester United 4 - 1 Chelsea Manchester United confirmed their place in the top four of the Premier League after cruising past Chelsea with a 4-1 win at Old Trafford. There was a great atmosphere at Old Trafford Casemiro gave his side the perfect start with a towering header from a Christian Eriksen set-piece after just six minutes, and while the visitors provided a threat in the first half, particularly as the break drew closer. United scored a second goal at a crucial time as Anthony Martial doubled the Red Devils lead deep into stoppage time. Erik ten Hag’s side came out strongly again after the interval, dominating the play but for David De Gea being called into a couple of saves. The Theatre of Dreams turned jubilant as their side steamed ahead with two more goals later in the half. Brighton's great start to the Premier League season continued as they held off a late Leicester City rally to move up the table. The away side thought they had rescued a point in the closing stages but Ademola Lookman and Wilfred Ndidi both saw goals chalked off for Harvey Barnes straying offside. Brighton dominated the opening hour of the match but  they needed a controversial penalty to set them on their way, Neal Maupay scoring his third goal of the season from the spot after Jannik Vestergaard's handball.
