FA Cup reaction: Stockport County 5 - 3 Bolton Wanderers

Non-league Stockport County beat League One Bolton Wanderers in a thrilling FA Cup first-round replay.

The chaotic match saw pitch invasions, a lost shirt and a missing corner flag.

Stockport boss Dave Challinor told the media: "Unbelievable game, this competition has provided things like that in the past but you'll go a long way to match something like that."

Bolton boss Ian Evatt was critical of his side's performance: "They wanted it more, played with a better tempo and credit to them, they were fantastic. We were very poor."

"This is what can happen in the FA Cup, if you are not how it should be at full tilt for a war, you will get beaten and that is what happened."

One Bolton fan told us: We've had plenty low moments over the last decade but that one is definitely up there. We had a great chance of progressing and only being a game away from potentially facing a United, a City or Liverpool. We blew it."
