Reaction from Scotland: Motherwell 0 - 2 Celtic

Celtic manager Ange Postecoglou hailed his side's total control as they made it back-to-back away wins at Motherwell.

Postecoglou told the media: "Both goals were great. The first one was a fantastic ball by Tom Rogic and Dave Turnbull has got that in his locker, he can put one in the top corner.

"I hope we are more settled now. We were able to put on three players that can make an impact."

Celtic's Kyogo Furuhashi tweeted: "+3! Great victory and collective performance today! Thanks all for your support!"

Jota then added on the same platform: "I think we are just getting to know each other very well and that pass and the play was a demonstration of that."

Motherwell would have been happy with some aspects of their play but obviously disappointed with the result. This is what their manager said after the match: "There was a game there for us to win. But the defining moments didn't go for us."

One Motherwell fan was less happy with the result and performance: " We were ok for 10 minutes then stood off them and let them play. A very frustrating afternoon watching this."

What's next for both sides?

Celtic are in Europa League action this Tuesday as they welcome Ferencvaros at the unusual time of 15:30 BST. Motherwell go to Dundee United in the Premiership next weekend.

Celtic are at the start of a major rebuild

During the week, Celtic's manager spoke about the club being at the start of a rebuilding process. In a story for the BBC, Postecoglou said: "If I keep getting that support, I'm really confident we will bring in the right kind of players in January that we will need to bolster the squad and then we will have a good foundation for what's ahead.

"There is no doubt this has been a major rebuild. That's not just just an opinion - that's a fact. To bring in 12 players in one window, that pretty much signifies that you building something completely new."
