Let's have a look at some of the best reaction as Brentford and Liverpool played a thrilling 3-3 draw on Saturday evening.

Watch the video below to see some of the great football that was on display.

Post match tweets from the players involved

Ivan Toney tweeted: "Good shift from the boys today. Great character coming from behind against one of the best teams in the world. Deserved a point minimum. We go again next week."

Pontus Jansson added: "What an intense night that was. Hope you enjoyed it and thanks for that fantastic support!"

Liverpool would have been less happy with the result and would have very much seen this as two points dropped. Curtis Jones expressed the disappointment on Twitter at being denied three points, despite his goal in the thrilling draw.

Virgil van Dijk then tweeted: "Wild game and not the result we came for. Keeping perspective is important though. A point earned and still unbeaten. Respect to Brentford. Now focus on the Champions League"

What did the managers say?

Brentford manager added when he spoke post-match with media outlets: " "If we could bottle this up then [there's] no problem with the petrol crisis. We played brave with big determination throughout the game.

"Second half, when they went 2-1 up, we stayed in the game and then in the end we maybe could have won the game. I felt at times it was a little bit too open but we need to look into that."

Jurgen Klopp spoke with his club's website: "A wild, wild game. Offensively, I am really happy. I think in moments we played some of the best football we've played so far this season; we created top chances against a really well organised side.

"They were very good, but obviously we struggled tonight with their long balls. I was not too happy with how we started the game and that's how we conceded the goal, a little bit. It was a situation where we could have been more organised. "
