Premier League news: Divock Origi to leave Anfield at the end of the season

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has confirmed that Divock Origi will leave the club in the summer. The 27-year-old Belgium striker is out of contract at the end of the season, having not played enough games this term to trigger a one-year extension to the deal. Premier League: Everton safe after dramatic night

Everton 3 - 2 Crystal Palace Everton secured their Premier League status after coming back from two goals down to beat Crystal Palace. Before the match, Everton fans had created a remarkable atmosphere. This carried on into the stadium. Initially, the hosts looked like they were heading for a potentially damaging defeat after the away side scored twice in the first half through Jean-Philippe Mateta and Jordan Ayew. Everton turned the game around in the second half, thanks to a more attacking approach. Nine minutes after the break Michael Keane smashed in to give Frank Lampard's side hope. When Richarlison found the bottom corner with a deflected shot with 15 minutes left, it sent Goodison Park into raptures as a precious point looked likely. Eintracht Frankfurt 1 - 1 Rangers (Eintracht Frankfurt win 5-4 on penalties) Rangers suffered a penalty shootout defeat in their fifth European final as Eintracht Frankfurt triumphed. Rafael Borre put home the decisive spot-kick after Aaron Ramsey was denied just moments earlier in front of the Rangers fans at the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan Stadium. Those same people had been euphoric when last season's Scottish champions took the lead through Joe Aribo's ice-cool second-half finish in Seville However, Borre then created some incredible scenes in a jam-packed Eintracht end 12 minutes later as he steered in a soft equaliser to send this energy-sapping contest all the way. Chelsea 0 - 0 Liverpool (Liverpool win 6-5 on penalties) Liverpool won their second trophy of the season and they keep their quadruple dream alive After a tense 120 minutes, Liverpool triumphed on penalties. They have won the FA Cup for the first time since 2006.  Before the drama of the penalties, it was a close fairly close game for the majority, even if Liverpool did have more shots. Chelsea did have their moments.  Both sides struggled to find that finishing touch and it finished 0-0. In the end, it was won on penalties.  Liverpool quickly gained the advantage in the shootout after César Azpilicueta hit the post with the second Blues spot-kick. Sadio Mané then wasted the chance to win it earlier with a weak fifth kick. Mason Mount then missed Chelsea’s seventh kick, allowing Tsimikas to slide in the winner. Annan Athletic 2 - 1 Edinburgh City (Aggregate: 2 - 3)  Edinburgh City won promotion to Scottish League One for the first time in their history after a tense 3-2 play-off final aggregate victory over Annan Athletic. A superb finish from Innes Murray made it fourth time lucky in the play-offs for the side who progressed from the Lowland League only six years ago. Edinburgh's two-goal first-leg lead was quickly wiped out by a Tony Wallace penalty and Tommy Goss header within 20 minutes. Watford 0-0 Everton A much-changed Watford side earned a 0-0 draw against Everton. In a poor game, Chances were few and far between for both teams throughout. Samuel Kalu and Moussa Sissoko were among those most likely to break the deadlock in yellow. A point against the Toffees marks the end of an 11-game losing streak at home for Watford, who have already been relegated to the Championship.
