 Chelsea 6 - 1 Middlesborough (Chelsea won 6-2 on aggregate) Chelsea secured their spot in the Carabao Cup final with a 6-2 aggregate victory over Middlesbrough.  After a 1-0 defeat from the first leg, Chelsea turned the tide in this match with four first-half goals . The scoring spree included an own goal from Jonny Howson, along with goals from Enzo Fernandez, Axel Disasi, and Cole Palmer. Palmer netted his second.  Noni Madueke added another in the 81st minute, delighting the Chelsea supporters. Initially, Leicester seemed on the verge of extending their lead by 10 points , courtesy of an own goal by Leif Davis in the first half. The second half had more excitement, featuring Foxes goalkeeper Mads Hermansen's spectacular save from Wes Burns and Kasey McAteer's valiant effort cleared off the line at the other end. When Hermansen could only parry a Massimo Luongo shot in the area, Brighton loanee Sarmiento seized the opportunity, swiftly scoring a shot that eluded the Danish goalkeeper.  Sheffield United 2 - 2 West Ham United Sheffield United's Oli McBurnie scored the latest goal in the Premier League, scoring a 103rd-minute penalty to rescue a point for his side against West Ham. Sheffield United were awarded the spot-kick in the eighth minute of added time when Hammers keeper Alphonse Areola was judged to have taken out McBurnie. The momentum continued to shift in Southampton's favour as Will Smallbone tapped in their second goal. However, Swansea managed to pull one back against the run of play with a Jamie Paterson header. The Saints then swiftly regained control, with Flynn Downes' 20-yard drive deflecting into the net. Eastleigh  1 - 3 Newport County Newport County secured a spot in the FA Cup fourth round and a lucrative tie against Manchester United by defeating Eastleigh 3-1.  Aaron Wildig gave Newport an early lead, skillfully gliding past goalkeeper Joe McDonnell following great play from the County. Paul McCallum equalized for Eastleigh after 48 minutes with a well-placed half-volley, levelling the score against Newport. Manchester United 2 - 2 Tottenham Hotspur Spurs came back from behind twice in a pulsating Premier League encounter to deny Manchester United what would have been a very important victory.  Rasmus Hojlund drove United into a third-minute lead.
